I was reading this article this morning about coping without enough sleep and read that baby experts define sleeping through the night as 5-6 hours. WTF! I don’t know about the rest of the world but I need more than a measly 5-6 hours. I would like that so called “baby expert” to spend a few sleepless nights with an actual baby before coming up with that definition.
